Orders can be placed online 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Phone-in orders may be placed during store hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm MST) using our toll free number (1-877-434-4564). Any telephone messages must be placed in English due to language barriers please. For times we are unable to answer the phone an answering service is available for messages. No minimum orders.

All orders are packed in Styrofoam lined, custom built boxes tailored to individual orders at no extra cost. We also offer compressed pink insulated lined boxes that are excellent during warmer weather or when longer shipping times are expected. Unfortunately, the added cost of these materials forces us to charge extra for these boxes. Costs can be discussed when ordering and are based on box size.

We also offer high quality, reusable blue-gel freezer packs to help ensure frozen delivery, depending on your location and shipping method. Available for $1.50 each, they perform best if used in pairs, and are highly recommended especially for smaller orders. If frozen delivery is questionable in your area or for the present climate, freezer packs combined with "insulated" boxes will provide peace of mind at a minimal cost.

Orders are shipped via method of your choice. We can advise you as to the best way to ensure frozen delivery. Orders are shipped freight charges collect. See shipping for complete details.

All orders must be prepaid. Once payment is received, orders can be shipped seven days a week. Orders are shipped at the end of each business day. To receive same day shipping, payments must be deposited no later than noon (MST), otherwise next day shipping can be expected, provided the stock is on hand.

We offer several payment options to make purchasing easy: Money order/cheques made out to "The Mouseman". Cheques require bank clearance prior to shipping which may take up to 14 business days. See our contact page for mailing address. Direct deposit and e-mail money transfers. Bank information will be provided at time of ordering. Credit card orders use PayPal. You may be required to set up an account. There is a 2% service charge added to all credit card orders to offset service fees. Do not send cash. Sorry, no COD's. 5% GST will be added to all orders.
